This policy explains which data is processed when you visit the website or send an enquiry, why it is used, and the rights available to you.

2. Data processed
When you use the contact form, the following data may be submitted:
- full name;
- business name;
- email address;
- telephone number, if you choose to provide it;
- business sector and preferred package;
- the content of your message.
Technical data required for website security and operation may also be generated, including the IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL and browser information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Maintaining security, preventing abuse and diagnosing incidents: legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure service.
Contact-form data is not used to send a newsletter and is not sold to third parties.
4. Form delivery through FormSubmit
The form uses the third-party service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) as a technical intermediary. When you submit the form, the information entered is sent to FormSubmit, which forwards it to the Jarin Jayan Digital Web Pro contact email address.
According to FormSubmit’s current documentation, submissions are retained for 30 days. FormSubmit states that it processes information to provide its service and manage its platform. See its privacy policy and documentation.
5. Recipients and service providers
Data is accessible only where necessary:
- to the person responsible for answering enquiries for Jarin Jayan Digital Web Pro;
- to FormSubmit for receiving and forwarding the form;
- to Google/Gmail as the email provider receiving the message;
- to hosting and security providers where required for website operation.

6. Retention
- FormSubmit: 30 days according to its current documentation.
- Messages received by email: only for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry and manage any relevant pre-contractual or commercial follow-up.
- Technical logs: for a limited period necessary for security, diagnostics and reliable service operation.
A more precise internal retention schedule will be formalised when the verified legal information is completed.
7. Cookies and external services
The website currently uses no advertising or audience-measurement tool and sets no analytics cookie. Fonts are hosted directly on this website.
FormSubmit is contacted only when you submit the form. Its own website or processing page may apply its own cookie and privacy practices.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to certain processing.
